How it works
Your feet are the controller.
LavaFlo is a giant grid of pressure-sensing LED tiles. The floor lights up, the game begins, and every step counts.
Step on
Walk onto a floor of glowing, touch-reactive tiles. Every tile senses your step and answers with light — the moment you're on it, you're in the game.
Play fast
Quick-fire rounds, about two minutes each: chase the light, dodge the lava, dance battles, jump-rope challenges, team showdowns. The lineup keeps rotating.
Connect for real
Built for groups — face off head-to-head or team up side by side. Friends, families, dates, birthdays: everyone plays on the same floor at the same time.

Floor whack-a-mole
Tiles pop up in colour. Stomp them before they vanish.
Memory path
Watch the path light up, then walk it from memory.
Team tug-of-war
Two teams, one floor. Stomp faster to pull the light your way.
Speed tap
Tap as many tiles as you can before the clock runs out.
Game lineup varies by session and is refreshed regularly.
